  • This store is in a bad area of Phoenix and is a smaller Goodwill, not one of the larger shops. They need a new intake sorter. This store sells actual trash - no, not "someone else' treasure", but actual useless garbage. "Zip-Loc Space Bag" empty cardboard packaging- 4.99. Used, very odorous medical knee/leg soft cast- visibly dirty, strong, offensive odor. Tension rods at 4.99 each (!) with NO tension (I mistakenly bought two, without testing them). I've purchased two landline telephones that could not be tested in-store, but can only be tested if connected to a telephone line- both worthless, broken and irreparable, a loss at $10.00. I missed the "7-day returns deadline". Discount/cheap line garments that cost more here than new, and out-dated to boot. One pair smelly, very used men's shoes, one with a large hole that went through the entire sole to the inside. The demographic is a high crime area of West Phoenix, and it can attract some characters. The staff working there is very good, surprisingly. They're professional, kind, helpful and not dense.
