I came here because my insurance changed, and I was having tooth pain. I hadn't been to a dentist in three years so when they told me I had 8 cavities I was surprised but that didn't seem unrealistic.
I gave them my insurance card and they quoted me the wrong fees, so all together it ended up costing $400 more than they told me it would.
Then after it was all said and done one of the teeth they had filled in gave me shooting pains when the chip or other hard food hit it the wrong way. When I went back in, they looked at it (no x-rays) and said there was nothing they could do and gave me a recommendation for an orthodontist.
Our insurance changed, so I went back to my old dentist (Zingale in Elyria) and I got it x-rayed and it turns out that tooth had a fracture in it.
The other fillings are good, but how does a dentist miss a fracture in a tooth? Why couldn't they process my insurance correctly with the card in their hand? I'm not going back here anymore.
