My 2003 VW Jetta died on the freeway and I had it towed to this garage. My experience was mixed:
Eric and the other folks there were VERY nice and offered to drop me off wherever I needed to go. They did drive me to my motel when it turned out they needed to keep the car overnight.
The car needed a new fuel pump and they installed a refurbished one to save me money. They also washed and vacuumed the car as part of the repair.
However, I was waiting for 26 hours, and a good bit of the time, they did not know what the issue was and did not communicate.
I did get the impression that they were sincerely concerned about fixing my car so that I did not get stuck in the desert, and the car ran perfectly all around California and back to Seattle.
So overall, I had a good experience and they did good work.
