  • I'm in Charlotte for business and asked the staff at the front desk for restaurant recommendation. She enthusiastically recommended CM. I was very disappointed. The service was terrible. I asked to tell me what most people (regulars) ordered when dining there. He replied "steak, chicken, fish.". I said I wanted to know what items the ordered from the menu. He pointed to the Trout. What a jerk. He brought my dish, which came 5 minutes after I ordered & was not very appetizing in presentation or taste. I ordered the wild mushroom & chicken crepes... Not good. I left him a 10% tip which was over tipping. Wish I had gone to PF Changs instead. Beautiful city however, I wish I was staying longer.
