  • What a wonderful place to spend a couple hours at with friends for a tour, tasting or even a picnic! The property may be small in comparison to what you might think of when you think of a vineyard. Still, it's family-owned and operated - they know what they're doing and have some great wines to show for it. It was surprising to find this winery within a neighborhood setting but in no way does it take away from the vineyard. They have 7 different wines and offer a mulled spices wine mix and a wine-a-rita - a frozen wine drink that is delicious (it's part of the $5 tasting and only $5 a glass after that). The wine tasting and tour is worth it, especially for just $5. You also get your own souvenir glass to take home with you. Some friends and I came here during a stay in Charlotte and it was absolutely worth it!! The family and employees are kind and accommodating, not falling short of the southern charm we experienced during our trip.
