  • NO CALL, NO SHOW. My appointment was canceled by the office manager John that did not have the courtesy to call me to let me know the appointment was canceled. When I got a hold of him he did apologize, blamed it on the office girl but was loudly TYPING AN EMAIL WHILE TALKING TO ME. Not sincere and not a care for a whole day of work missed waiting for these guys.
