  • I would give them zero if I could, all I have to say is that we booked an executive 10 person Van and they send a sedan car that would not fit our passengers and their suitcases, and when called and asked for help not a single person was willing to help or take responsibility for their mistake or making a slightest effort on helping us. It was 11:00 pm at night and my sister and nieces were stranded at the airport because Ace Taxi would not send them the correct car that we had booked. The next morning when I called again no one was helpful, the operator was rude, inconsiderate. No one bothered to say a simple we are sorry for your trouble. They are incompetent, irresponsible, unhelpful, rude and really I am out of words to describe them. We had to send a family member to pick up our relatives.. so here you go just about the worst experience you could possibly can have with shuttle service.
