  • Registration was easy and painless. I bought the initial program on Groupon(good discount), than took my receipt to the school the following day. The location is very easy to find, just off Sunset Road and Green Valley Pkwy. The parking is in the back of the building as there really is no access to the 2nd floor unless through the back. No elevator, so using the stairs is now a piece of cake! Bernie the Career Development Manager was very nice and explained everything in detail. They make life easy for you here, all you have to do is complete the course and take their test, and you are all set! From there its a little more work to be done, like finger-printing, taking the actual licensee test and becoming a Realtor. I have been a Realtor in Las Vegas and California in the past, so I'm hopeful the second time around will be just as fun!
