  • Fantastic plumber, my traditional hot water heater sat in the center of my house which is very typical for 50's houses. When it went bad I wanted it moved and I wanted to go tankless. After talking to 8 different plumbers, Charles was the only one who understood what I was trying to do and help it become a reality. He went above and beyond several times. Since I was out of town traveling for work most of our communication was done via text, which made me very nervous but Charles came through in every way. He is extremely ethical and will not make a promise he cannot keep. Finally he was extremely reasonable in his pricing. This is my first Yelp review I have ever written, but I wanted to share what a great find Charles is.
