  • Bad service. Very long wait till you get to counter. Service clerk very slow and not very service oriented. Returned car 4 hours prior to rental due with Full tank. A Philippines car attendant in the garage was very sarcastic and was happy that he has a job he does not need to work at. Just told go upstairs to return the key. Very obnoxious. Him talking to me was that I am bothering him with very simple questions, shame these kind of people have jobs and who hires them. I hope his supervisor reads it. Then upstairs counter guy as impersonal one can be. They charged me extra for gas even car was returned with full tank. Just to get car cheap by $10 to $12 from market. It is not one's worth of time. Stay away from this car rental. If this company is part of Hertz. Then shame of Hertz for creating a lower than sub standard extension of their brand.
