  • This is my second time here for a business convention. The place is great. Rooms are large. The staff is friendly and helpful. The resort is a distance from the strip located in the Red Rock Canyon. The landscape is very nice here. Even though it is far from the strip there is a lot to do here. They have a bowling alley, pool and some great restaurants. There is plenty of shopping nearby so do not be concerned if you forgot something. Costco which is within walking distance has liquor if you would like some. There is also a liquor store located behind the chevron gas station across the street from the hotel. The pool is very nice with a fountain in the middle. It does get crowded so you have to get there early if you want a seat. Of course there is a casino located on the property. Make sure you get a ticket for the shuttle to the strip or airport at the bell desk prior to getting on the shuttle. I don't know why but the shuttles never seemed to have properly working air conditioners. I feel like I am in a hot box in a Turkish prison.
