  • They do not honor manufacturers warranty they will categorize it so that you can't get it repaired. Bought tv in 2/2016 still has warranty . Do not buy any Roku LG products from them as the manufacturer warranty is really Best Buy and if you didn't buy that Geek Squad repair you are fucked. Not the first time problems with the 55LF5700 LG Roku. Other consumers had same issue something called a thermal crack, but my issue was dismissed as physical damage with an internal crack and no visible damage Pissed consumer. Will never patronize Best Buy again and will publicly drag there name through the mud whenever possible.
