  • DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP - THEY DOWNGRADE WITHOUT TELLING YOU. ALL OF THE MEMBERSHIPS HAVE "CHANGED." Ok, I have had a monthly membership for over a YEAR since this place opened. I had a deal for $24.99/month where I received the top of the line wash plus the tire shine.....same thing for a very long time. Until the new owner decided to QUIETLY downgrade peoples' memberships - I apparently now receive the middle of the road wash with no tire shine. I went in last week to have it fixed and supposedly it was fixed - I said look, all I want is what I paid for. That kid was super nice. Today I went for my wash and again - middle of the road wash with no tire shine. I asked today's kid what was going on. He told me some nonsense about me being 'second car.' I said I don't have a 'second car', I'm the ONLY car. After he told me 'you're not listening' I told him to CANCEL my membership. He said the owner has received many complaints for secretly DOWNGRADING memberships - this is essentially FRAUD people, and I refuse to patronize this place. If the owner doesn't care, than neither do I. This place was great a year ago when it opened, but the new owner is quite greedy apparently. Adios.
