Will never go to Starbucks inside due to horrible service from the "human resource" lady Elise. She gave horrible customer service, she mocked people's orders, rolled her eyes when we asked for refills and overall gave horrible service. When we complained to management, she told us, "He's not going to do anything". You would think she owned Starbucks by the way she was acting. Someone needs to give her a newsflash that it's her job to make drinks and if she can't do that then she should find a new job
