  • Horrible, the older Asian lady does not care and rushes! She shaved down a callus I barely had to wear I'm now cut, trying to tell me I need to be careful because bacteria and fungus could grow (I work in podiatry by the way and they don't properly sanitize their instruments because I can tell how she pulled them out and they weren't properly wrapped and autoclaved). She didn't clean the nail polish she got on my skin or separated my toes in which I have a bunion so the big toe and the second lesser toe touches hitting the wet nail polish. She didn't let them dry so she rushed to put my flip flops on so I could get my eyebrows waxed. I told her I need them reshaped...you guys, she DID NOT do anything they look the EXACT SAME from when I went in! Absolutely horrible place, no pride or respect for their work or most importantly the customers.
