HAD been using this cleaner for about 3 years and everything was pretty good, a broken button here and there but no real problems.
4 weeks ago, I dropped of 12 shirts and when they came back only 10 of them were there. The staff told me that two shirts were behind and they would be back next time I picked them up. No big deal.
Fast forward 4 weeks, and the shirts are no wear to be found. Just gone, the worst part is that in the pick ups and drop offs I have had my account no longer shows two missing shirts, after 3 pick ups and drop offs, I went back to inquire on the shirts specifically with no other business to not confuse things And what do you know they missing shirts report have been given to me.
I'll go some where else, if you lose the shirts that fine (I guess) but don't cover it up. Acknowledge it, and make it right. You lost a customer today.
