| - Old school Vegas, and by "old school", I mean Old and dated.
Old wallpaper, old mirrors (on the ceiling), old carpet, old bedspreads, old furniture, old clientle, old bell"boys", OLD OLD OLD.
So, outside of that, the service was decent. I do have to agree with J-Lo L on a couple of things: stank stank, is accurate although not my usual vocabulary, quite descriptive in this case. Ghetto rif raf - lol, trailer trash came to mind, but whatever, that might be a cultural discretionary difference of opinion. I've never seen so many cutoffs and sleeveless tees.
And the food - I'll just say, we ate once in 4 days on site, and booooo.
Luckily there were numerous restaurants within walking distance.
When we arrived, we were offered an "upgrade" with a view of the strip and direct elevator access to the pool. Strip apparently meaning "airstrip", not Las Vegas Strip, b/c the only strip we saw had tiny planes on it circling around the Hooters which was located next door.
All in all - just ok. And we spent 90% of our time off campus. lol!
If you are looking for a "location" bargain spot - you found it. Think Filene's basement - hotel style.
p.s. the pool was dirty, but the bartender at the pool was a sweetheart.
