  • One of the worst Dunkin' Donuts locations that I've been too. Extremely slow service, average of 15-20 minutes just in drive-thru. They usually only have one person who handles both the register and drinks inside. 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong and the coffee tastes burnt. We've given them the benefit of the doubt on numerous instances as this is the nearest location to where I work but as of late I've made the decision to drive to the another location a few miles down the road. My recent experience here will be my last. I ordered an egg & cheese wake up wrap and a medium iced coffee with caramel swirl and cream. Upon receiving the order, I noticed there was bacon in the egg & cheese wrap and the iced coffee just has cream with no caramel swirl. I went inside to talk to the manager and to have my order remade. The egg & cheese wrap again had bacon in it, which at this point I left as it's now been 25 minutes as I had previously waited in drive-thru for 17 minutes prior.
