  • I wish I had read the reviews before I hired them. I am having similar problems with installation scheduling, the date they were suppose to be there no one showed up or called. I called the company and was told the installers had changed the date to the following week. No one from the company informed me of the change, I had taken the day off work needless to say. We arranged a new appointment date and time, luckily they showed up. I inspected the carpet and found many flaws also installation is shoddy and needs to be redone. I have another appointment next week for someone from the company to inspect the flawed carpet and workmanship. I am hoping they will resolve these issues.
