  • Ok so the hotel itself is well located and the rooms are lovely. The downside is the accounting department. Carefully check your bill. They attempt to charge twice and then when you ask questions they say they have to refer it to a senior person in accounting. Bald faced lie. Escalate escalate escalate. You don't deserve to be charged twice. Ironically the same exact thing happened to me when staying at Cosmopolitan - another MGM property.....
