  • Stopped in after a trip to the botanical gardens on a snowy day. I tried affogato, which is a scoop of ice cream with espresso poured over it. It was amazing. My boyfriend had the mocha which is made with locally sourced chocolate milk. We asked about the proper way to make pour over coffee and one of the employees took the time to make a cup. She walked us through step by step and the reasoning behind it. This was unexpected and awesome. What great customer service! Definitely stopping back the next time I'm in Cleveland!
