  • So, I got a new puppy, and a 7300 PT Dremel for her nails. I owned a Dremel before, and was familiar with how to get attachments on and off. This time, it wasn't working like it should. I couldn't figure it, and figured I needed a whole new collet. Turned out I didn't. While the part wasn't working like it should, the gentleman took the time to help me figure out what was wrong, and how I could get attachments on and off the Dremel without having to buy a new part. That's awesome service.
