To start, the two stars on this review is strictly for the sales side. The parts and service departments are top-notch 5 star departments in my opinion.
The sales side however can use a quick lesson is listening. Not that they were rude by any means but when I ask for their sales people NOT to harass me with several phone calls and texts, I expect my wishes to be respected. I don't need a sales person calling me saying that he was calling me to say Hi or to ask me if I had any questions. I told the gentleman UP FRONT that I would call the dealership when we were ready to do business and they didn't listen.
This was the primary reason my wife and I did business with Hyundai of Las Vegas. I understand they are operated by the same owner, but the the sales staff customer service is leaps and bounds better than the ABC branch.
