This is the third escape room that I tried, second one in Montreal. Not the best one I tried, but the best one in Montreal so far. We ended up in this laboratory scenario.
The good: Staff is very friendly and bilingual. Scenario had different rooms with doors, so we did not feel like we had just one room to do. We had the right to a few clues from the host during the game, which really helped. Gameplay area while waiting for you to access your scenario is a good idea. They have hangers area for jackets, but I do not know if they have places with locks for purses. Blackboards area to sign your name if you finish the scenario successfully (which we did). Noise was not too loud.
The bad: Lots of technology in our scenario, so if you are not familiar with it you might feel disconnected. Lots of decoys and time consuming not useful things (a few is okay but this one got way too much on which we lost a good 15 to 20 minutes in total). Technology parts in english only after the first room. That particular scenario is not intended for kids (be warned). First room was very dark.
Finished the scenario or not, this is a good place to spend a few hours of a nice afternoon. We enjoyed our time there and we will probably go again to try another scenario. Enjoy!
