I want to like this place, because they do a great job at nails. However the customer service is off & on for me.
I've gone there twice. Both times the chicky at the front desk was friendly. The first time I went Danielle did my full set. We made great conversation & I was impressed with my nails. Her customer service that day won me over.
Fast forward to two weeks (to get a fill) & someone else helped me (I forgot her name). While I was getting my fill I see Danielle walking in & I was actually excited to see her & I wanted to make conversation with her. She didn't really seem like she wanted to be there. I made several attempts to say hi, give her a smile, any sort of communication, but to no avail. Her appointment came in & right away she was peachy & welcoming to her client.
Whatever, it bothered me, but I did enjoy the nail service the second gal gave me, however she didn't really try to make conversation with me. I saw her with a regular the first time when Danielle did my nails & they were chatting it up.
I tried scheduling my second fill for two weeks after that & I got in with Alicia. I received a call that day & was told she couldn't do my nails after all. Why have her as on option on your online booking system then?
I feel like they prioritize there. They didn't really win me over to be a regular. It sucks. I've been searching for a nail salon that will be my go-to place.
I feel like they didn't try to win my business. They seemed to care more for their regulars.
I even recommended my friend who was getting married to go there to get her & her bridesmaids nails done. I'm glad they enjoyed it there.
I haven't gone back since then. I don't want to guess if I'll get good customer service that day or not.
