  • This store is run by young, unprofessional, lethargic guys. No one there knows how to make a customer feel like joining the T-Mobile family. Dropped some major money in there today, switching over to T-Mobile and the manger, who "helped" me, couldn't even be bothered to thank me or smile...horrible experience...its a third party retailer, beware of exceptionally horrible service!
