  • I couldn't believe that Mark of Excellence was not on Yelp so I had to make a page for them to share with the community. I have been in the market for a new home in Arcadia and anyone who knows Arcadia knows that you're probably buying and old ass house that was flipped (most likely poorly flipped) and that there is some weird stuff hiding behind the new finishes. Mark was referred to me by a friend to inspected the home before closing the deal. Thank God he did because he found a stolen ac unit, poor pluming and termites deep in the attic. We ended up walking away from the deal, and relieved that we did because that would have been a huge cost to incur, especially after spending all that money on a house.
