  • Took my silk dress pant to this location BIG MISTAKE, told the lady to use cold to warm iron, NOT HOT, because of the fabric, well since "no English" as slogan, they did all the opposite, burning my beloved pants, leaving a shiny stripes from top to bottom, as I claim my money back of the total value of my pants since they ruined it, the owner or husband came from the back as he heard the commotion, both yelling at me and my wife at the same time, something that sounded Korean or Chinese idk, at some point the husband open the register grabs a few dollars and throws it at my wife, oh no, I was ready to punch this punk in the face, but rather had to call the cops instead, as civilized human being, it didn't escalate to blows, but will never come back, not even if it is for free
