  • Amazing Japanese Cuisine!!!! My co-workers and I were looking for somewhere to eat that was close. Yasu fit the bill but ending up being so much more. We decided to have our waitress choose our food. We started with Sweet Albacore Sashimi which was fresh and phenomenal. After that we ate the edamame, Kama (fish jaw), Manila Clams, Bamboo wrapped Beef Tongue, homemade risotto, lamb with a honey glaze and then ended with the eel skewers. The sauces and flavors Yasu put together were delicious. Yasu the owner came out and greeted our table and personally thanked us for coming. That's unheard of now a days. The level of service was amazing, the food was out of this world.....I will be coming back here every time I'm in town!! Yasu, your restaurant and food hit the spot!
