The staff is great with the kids but I don't agree with the way Kelly practices dentistry. She was adamant that my daughter had a large cavity and was decaying the tooth next to it. As usual, her remedy for EVERYTHING was to extract the teeth. I declined the treatment because this would have been the third time this procedure was done. We moved and when it came to exam time, we went to another dentist. Funny thing, the dentist said there were NO CAVITIES. What?! I said, are you sure? Yes, her mouth looks great. She has good teeth and won't need any orthodontics unless we wanted a little "tweaking" done, but not necessary. Hilgers? We needed to start thinking about braces. I'm disgusted that I paid Hilgers money for procedures that I'm almost sure were not necessary. They just want your money. Beware. SOMEBODY has to pay for all their advertising and school activities.
