One memorable dish is not enough for a Michelin star.
Michael Mina is located in the Bellagio. Its interior has a cool modern feel. We went with the tasting menu accompanied with the premium wine pairing. Some of the "signature" dishes were a bit disappointing. The lobster pot pie did not live up to its hype.
One dish that did blow me away was their tuna tartare that was mixed table side. The fish was of an amazing quality and after being carefully mixed with sesame oil, garlic, mint, and pine nuts it amplified all the goodness.
Service was perfect and the entire meal was good, but for the price there are too many other top restaurants in Vegas I would frequent before MM.
