  • Just cancelled my service with them. Guess they fired the guy who normally worked my house and no one came by. When I called their office - "voice mail full and cannot take messages". This is far from from the 1st time I have had problems with this company. Actually several including but not limited to a pump which I had to replace, a faulty install on a sand filter, and all the values not working. They simply do not know what the hell they are doing. Going with another company right now.
