  • It's a stretch to even give this one star. My first visit to drop off my shoes for repair, I thought the "owner" was rude. He gave me a ticket for a pick up four days later BY 4pm. I arrived at 230pm (granted it wasn't AT OR AFTER 4pm) to pick up my shoes. He barked that my shoes were not ready and that it wasn't 4pm. He said that they were in his work for TODAY! He nearly yanked the ticket from my hand pointing out 4PM. I left saying I would have to come back and he curtly tried to draw my attention to the door showing they would be closed for Memorial Day weekend. Whatever, I had no intention of coming back over the weekend anyway. Ok so I returned today to pick up my shoes the next day (today) and gave him my ticket. He brings the shoes out and I left. As I stopped at a traffic light I picked up my shoe to look at his work. Not only was it a shabby job on what I asked his to repair but the shoe strap on both shoes was now peeling off. When I called the Mister he was rude, wouldn't let me speak, yelled at me to bring the shoes back that he didn't do anything to the shoes. When I tried to speak he hung up on me. NEVER EVER GO HERE! DAMAGED MY SHOES FROM SPAIN AND WAS RUDE.
