  • Wow, what a disappointment. Called in for a quote and to rent a car- was meet by a guy name "Ray"- could not get a word in edge wise. Was left on hold for long periods of time. This kid had all sorts of excuses for his conduct. Then he places me on hold and started playing games. They need to monitor this guy as he is bad business for them. It is NOT OK for any customer to be frustrated on any level when they are spending their money!! Beware of Ray- he may cause aggravation!!!
