  • Normally the European Wax Centers I have been to I always leave super happy. This specific location was a dud. Although my waxer was super pleasent my wax was terrible! To start off I spent $100 on Brazilian, lip, and underarm waxes. I went home to see that in all locations it looked like the hair had just broken in half and was super patchy. My underarms looked the best. But my lip I ended up paying another $12 to go to the drug store and buy at home lip wax kit. I mean it hardly looked like it was waxed (like I said for some reason it looked like all the hairs were just broken in half and this has never happened at any other wax location). As for the Brazilian, it was the absolute most painful wax of my life. I've gotten about 30+ Brazilians in my life and this was the worst... she pulled so agonizingly slow and told me it was to get all the hairs. While it looked good, there were a lot of hairs broken and it felt patchy. I don't know whether it was more the waxer or something going on with the wax but I completely wasted my $100 and probably won't go back to this location as I'm beyond annoyed and dissapointed with my results. I had the proper hair length for waxing and have never had results like this anywhere else (meaning the broken hairs/looking half done) As for the reception. They went back and forth 3 times telling me I had a discount on my wax and then did and then didn't. Which was another flaw of my visit here. I'm just use to a certain standard when it comes to waxing - especially this pricy or waxing and as a whole this location definitely was well below my expectations.
