Sunday I noticed something was wrong with my car. I could barely keep the wheel straight it would want to go off to the right. I didn't want to take it to the dealer so I decided to take it here cause it was close to my place.
I dropped my car off as soon as they opened Monday at 7 a.m. Jason was the person that helped me out. He was friendly, not pushy and said he would call me as soon as they knew what was wrong with my car. I took an uber to work and a few hours later he did call as promised. I needed an alignment and a few other things. The price was fair and I told him to go ahead and get it fixed. He didn't try to upsell me other things. He only was concerned about fixing what was wrong at the moment with my car. When I went back to get it everything went smooth. I spoke to Shilo when I was there too. He made me feel at ease. It turns out my battery had a bad cell too. So good thing I brought it in and they checked it.
Since my car is no longer under warranty this will be my new place to take it when something goes wrong. Thank you Jason and Shilo!
