  • April 23, 2016 We went to Findlay Honda Henderson to see about trading our current lease (CRV) for another car. We had spoken with Cathy Boyd on the phone but never in person and made an appointment to meet with her. She was incredible! She made us feel welcome and more like friends than a customer. She took REALLY good care of us and as a result, we left with a brand new, beautiful, 2016 Honda CRV! I don't know about the rest of you, but to me, it feels like customer service had become a lost art. It seems Cathy has captured it all and shares it with everyone she meets! She is one hard working lady and extremely knowledgeable about the way each car works and what the features are plus she's happy to show you any and all the models you are interested in. Never tired, always smiling, and does an amazing job of seeing that you get the car of your dreams. Next time you're in the market for a new car, stop by Findlay Honda Henderson and spend some time with Cathy Boyd; you'll be glad you did!
