  • Went to Gadzooks for the first time last week. Food was great. There was a mix up at the register and I had realized I was over charged $10 the next day. Long story short I called that morning to speak with the manager and he was able to see where I was over charged. He asked if I could go in to get the difference and I explained I lived in another city and it would be a long drive for me. He said that was fine he would mail me the difference with a gift card. I thought that was awesome. What really blew my mind was when I got a knock at my door and Gadzooks employee hand delivered it with a written apology from the manager. This is not service you get every day. They really went above and beyond to make the situation right. Definitely will have to make a drive out to phoenix soon to thank them.
