| - M3V is definitely hit or miss...and unfortunately recently, it's been more of a miss.
The first few times were fantastic. Excellent customer service and fantastic work.
A few times after that I had a very rude nail professional. She spoke poorly of the ownership, her fellow co-workers, she was constantly interrupting my friend and I...not to mention she was super overly pushy about invading our personal space and property (ie insisting on trying on my wedding ring over and over again) I reached out to ownership and they addressed the issue in a very kind and professional way.
After, things were better for awhile. But recently, it seems a lack of oversight has caused visits to be frustrating and disorganized. I have a favorite nail professional at the salon and specifically schedule with her. Unfortunately, I was switched to a different nail professional which wasn't communicated with me and the person I usually see was there during my appointment. I felt I had to explain what happened and after we looked at the book, it was clear my appointment had been switched.
Lastly, I booked an appointment and an hour and 15 minutes before, they called to cancel because the nail professional had plans that night. I wasn't told it was a family situation but instead that she had dinner with her family planned at 5:30 and she didn't know they scheduled me at 5:45... Despite the fact that I sat on hold so the receptionist could speak with the nail professional about her availability. They offered no other solution for that day.
Quite frankly it's too much of a headache to know if you'll receive quality service, the nail professional you requested, or if your appointment will be honored.
Luckily I've found a new place to try out.
