  • The absolute worst company...corporate at its worst. There is no communication between you or them because they don't answer back until it's convenient for them to make a call. I suggest you get a really good lawyer when dealing with this company and read all reviews from everywhere on this company because the ones where they got one star is all true. Here are a couple things about this place that you should take notes on, first their houses are crap, all built in pre-manufacturing homes and way over priced. Second there really is no communication because these people get assigned way to many properties to deal with and when there is a problem with something you won't hear from them until they send an eviction notice because they lost the rent check but it's not their fault it's yours and then you try to talk with someone and get run around the bush and it's a big fiasco and it's not worth the headache. Third and most of all this place is corporate all over America screwing people out of their hard earned money- deal with someone local.
