  • I moved to Arizona a little over a year ago and selected this vet for my dog. I was pleased with the doctors. They recently solved her "fainting like" episodes with heart medication. (Her blood pressure was extremely low and she has an enlarged heart.) I was very scared! She is 15 yrs old and I want her around as long as possible! This Saturday morning I called the office to have her medication refilled. I told them I needed it that day. They assured me they would call back once the doctor approved it. I didn't get a call. Went in this morning and asked it about why I hadn't been called. They said, "sorry about that, it was here for you". I said, "can I please have her files?" I left there not because of docs but because of their front desk. I'm disappointed they were so unconcerned about my precious per!
