  • If I can give any stars I would give 0 the staff there are rude. When I went back to see doctor Capulong she was rude as well she was talking over me she didn't care about my need it seem like she just wanted to get the visit over with not caring or wanting to know my Heath issues.. I ask doctor Capulong if I can go to work with pinkeye she said it was up to me how I felt and it was up to my manager description I also ask for a doctor note to take to my employee, the front desk only gave me a note stating that I was seen by the doctor not that I had pinkeye... The next day I went to work with that note my Manager told me (if you have pinkeye there's no way a doctor would tell you it's up to us to let you work, if you have pinkeye you cannot work) my manager also told me (your doctor should've had gave you a note stating you have pinkeye and you cannot come to work until you are clear from pinkeye) Obviously doctor Capulong does not care about you just getting the visit over with and your money ...:
