  • My daughters ordered flowers for Mother's Day, and the driver called to get a code for the gate, I gave him the gate code and I told him I wasn't home but he could leave them by the door, I would get a neighbor to pick them up. He said he would be back in the area at 4:30, I told him that would be great. Never received the flowers and when I called La Paloma, they were closed, they close at 2 on Saturdays. I felt really bad for my girls who had ordered the flowers and then I didn't receive them. When I called Monday morning, Gale said how busy they were and would get them out today, I told her I wanted my girls to get the refund. However, I think Gale should have also sent my flowers I was supposed to get Saturday as good faith. Considering, the mess up. Not very happy with the results, and disappointed for my girls,I know they aren't happy trusting La Paloma in the future.
