  • Rudest customer service ever. DO NOT USE. I took a dress there to have the straps adjusted. They did no work to the dress and tried to claim that they had altered it. When I asked them to rejoin and fix it they became harassing and rude and called me fat. I left with my dress and a rude man called me multiple times and harassed me from their "head office". Disgusting behaviour. Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.
