The talent in this place is amazing however the business practices are below standard. I have long natural nails, I get a gel mani, I have a very small crack in one of my nails and just wanted someone to put an overlay on it so it won't continue to crack and I was told that they only do repairs after 6:30 This is very inconvenient for me and it's also just rude that if you aren't getting a full service, your business is not important to them. When I asked to speak with Tom I was told he would not be in for the day and that is just their policy. Even if it is "policy" the young lady shouldn't tell people. As a previous Salon owner I would not want my receptionist basically telling my customers that they aren't worth the nail techs time unless they are getting a full service. It's not just about capturing clients it's also about keeping them.
