Authenticity: I like that this is a Japanese owned business, however the reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of areas of inauthenticity, such as in the bento box, the gyoza was fried and it also had egg rolls (weird). Also, I felt the slices of sashimi were too thick. I'm happy that this is NOT AYCE as I find that a disgusting concept.
Food: chirashi, sashimi lunch and chicken katsu bento. quality was there, but too thick slices felt cumbersome in terms of mouth feel. I like that the chirashi came with pickles. It would be nice if they served complimentary orange slices at the end to get rid of the fish taste in my mouth.
Service: very friendly and welcoming.
I think I would be back to try bento box lunch again. In terms of Tokyo-style sushi, in Henderson, I still prefer Tokyo Boys.
