Found this place on yelp and was close to home. First time here. Wasn't happy at all felt like the lady was pushy trying to get me to change my mind on what pedicure my boyfriend and I wanted. We were given a list as soon as we sat down in the chairs and she continued to up sell us into a more expensive pedicure. They have tons of 5 stars but I'm not sure why . Maybe it's the free hot chocolate or some posts state they entice customers to give them 5 stars on yelp for free pedicures. False advertising in the real world. I want a good quality pedicure when I pay to get one. The lady was very messy with my polish and bumped it a few times and had to fix it. I left with messy polish where it shouldn't even be that's after she went over it multiple times. My boyfriend asked the lady that did his nails to trim them and she insisted she couldn't cut them at all. Obviously they push you to spend more money for better service or so that's how it seemed cause our service wasn't good at all. We still walked out spending $60.00 for pedicures that weren't good quality. I'm all for a nice clean establishment of which they did have. Even lining the pedicure bowls with plastic that was nice to see. But would have been happy to have a better experience going here especially cause its so close to home.
