Worst Unorganized Breakfast!! Just spent 50 mins in line to get food. They don't have hot food out in trays like every other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. But at this location, if you want hot food, you have to stand in one single line. Yesterday it took 30 mins but this morning was 50. Pathetic. There are only two people working, who are working their butt off so it's not their fault (it's management). There's no sign out that says what hot food options there are so that caused a delay when someone asks for something and a person in front realizes that was available and then asks for it themselves. I went to tell the front desk who said the manager just went over there to help, but that person has yet to show up. The Happy Hour is sad also. The bartender didn't know how to make a Mai Tai and the snack options are crappy. This location is nice and the rooms aren't bad, but the two things that separate this place from other hotels is their free breakfast and happy hour. If we would've known how crappy those two things would've been, we would've stayed somewhere else. And the WiFi is horrible also! It only works really early in the morning when others are asleep, or waiting in line for breakfast (haha).
