  • My experience with the hotel was very unpleasant. Came in late (around midnight). I really wanted a drink after my flight (just a soda). Hotel bar closes at 12 - fine. There's no mini-bar in the room - those have been out of fashion, fine. The vending machine only accepts Canadian dollar and no credit cards - it's start to get crazy. I call room service - they tell me there's a 45 minute wait. I'm sorry?! A 45 minute wait?! An argument ensued in which whoever was on the phone tried to explain to me "first come first serve". This is great customer service! I will never stay in this hotel again!
