I m horrified to see such awful reviews about Kay Jewelers. Perhaps NOW Kay Jewelers need to SHOW their level of customer service and customer care: vs, just pass off empty platitudes. The reviews on Yelp and the Consumer Affairs Division are just horrible. My rings are covered under your warranty. Frankly I am afraid to bring them in for fear of what 'might happen. That and rings are "lost" and replaced with lesser value stones and settings. If my rings had to go in would my stones be switched? "Kay Jewelers" You've got a lot of repair work to do, to earn the public's trust. Right now it seems their trust and reputation are shot to hell.
